Rudy Seanez was placed on the 15 day disabled list with a right shoulder injury. On Thursday against the Nationals, Seanez dove to tag out the Nationals' Lastings Milledge. He landed awkwardly, and Charlie Manuel noticed that he was breathing heavy. After surrendering a walk to the next batter, he was pulled.
Seanez stuggled in July. He had an ERA of 7.71. In 32.2 innings, Seanez is 4-3 with a 3.58 ERA. His WHIP is a high 1.62.
To replace Seanez on the roster, 31 year old Les Walrond will be called up from AAA. The lefty stuck out 17 batters on July 6 this year, in a complete game shut out.

Les Walrond, 17 strike outs in a game is impressive, love strike out pitchers, especially on my team. Good luck with him.
