The Philadelphia Bomb Squad made an unexpected trip to Citizens Bank Park around 4:30 this afternoon.
Three suspicious packages were found at the ballpark. The packages were wrapped in duct tape with metal exposed.
Citizen's Bank Park was evacuated, except for the players, who continued to take batting practice.
Police later reported that the package was left by a hotdog vendor, at the first base entrance. There was no threat.
Tonight's game is still on. May the only bombs we see come off the Phillies bats.
