According to MLB Trade Rumors, the Washington Nationals acquired Scott Olsen and Josh Willingham from the Flordia Marlins in exchange for Emilio Bonifacio, and prospects P.J. Dean and Jake Smolinski.According to Baseball America, Bonifacio was ranked 11th among the National's prospects, and Dean was ranked 30th.
The 24 year old, left handed pitcher Olsen has a career ERA of 4.63 in 4 years of Major League experience. Olsen is also known to have some anger issues.
The left fielder, Willingham hit 15 HR with 51 RBI in 2008. He batted .254 with an OPS of .834.
